Alpha Telecom Service’s Terms of Service is an agreement between us and you, our customers. These terms of service govern our relationship.
The Internet Usage Policy is specific to the use of all of our Internet Products and Services.

The rendering of products and/or services by Alpha Telecom Services Inc. shall be construed as an offer to extend this agreement and the payment for or use of such products and/or services by the customer shall be construed as an acceptance. If such products and/or services are not paid for within fifteen (15) days of rendering, in the legal money of Canada, Alpha Telecom Services Inc. may terminate this agreement and discontinue products and/or services.
