Expert Remote Support & Onsite Service

We fix your phone system fast

When your Nortel, Avaya, 3CX, Yeastar, or EMetrotel system stops working, you lose calls and productivity. We diagnose and resolve issues quickly so you get back online. Our remote support rates are $75 per 30 minutes. Or our yearly remote support rates are $495, based on 12 sessions per year, up to 30 minutes per session. Our onsite labour rate is $150.00 per hour, minimum is one hour. Then, $75 per 30 minutes after the first hour. Travel charge is extra. We also provide voice and data Cat5e & Cat6 cabling. $225.00 for the first cable run, up to 90ft drop ceiling. Additional cable runs are $175.00 each.
