Andrew Dailey – President
Active in the field of legacy PBX, IP-PBX and Services for more than 20 years, Andrew has specialized in high-end technology and the manufacturing business since 1984. He is actively involved in the design and implementation of VoIP phone systems and hosted PBX phone systems, including multi-site PBX to PBX networking. With his knowledge, he is able to consult with clients from the design stage to final implementation. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Ryerson.
Vick (Vivek) Prakash – Director Sales
Over 30 years’ experience in business to business sales in the field of office automation solutions and telecommunication solutions. Vick has been involved in leading Sales and Marketing efforts of different Inter Connect companies in the GTA for the last over 20 years. He is actively involved in promoting, designing, selling and overseeing implementation of Key/ Hybrid/ IP PBX Telephone Systems, Voice messaging solutions, Automatic call distribution systems, Voice over IP solutions, Hosted PBX Solutions, audio and video conferencing solutions etc. from different manufacturers including Nortel Networks/ Avaya/ E-Metrotel/ 3CX/ Asterisk / Grandstream/ Polycom etc. He has achieved several sales and technical certifications in the field.
Lesley Mauro – Office Manager
Lesley has been with Alpha Telecom Services for about three years, her team coordinates relationships with our valued customers and vendors. With 20+ years of experience in office management and administration, primarily in the non-profit and healthcare sectors, Lesley brings excellent organizational, problem solving and communications skills. Along with Alpha Telecom’s sales and support teams she and her team endeavor to provide efficient order processing and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding service.
Vinay Bhat – Service Manager
Vinay is a Microsoft certified telecom professional with more than 30 years’ experience in Telecom & IT industry. He has been providing high quality tech support to our customers using Norstar/ BCM/ Avaya IP Office/ UCx/ 3CX as well as Asterisk based telephone systems. He is motivating and guiding a team of professionals, investigating technical issues, following up on all outstanding issues, collecting and analyzing data to plan and manage both projects and systems. He is involved in the development of a customer service policy for the company, seeking out to establish and maintain relationships with operational contacts within each customer, making sure that all account and contract details are up to date in our CRM etc.
Frank Palmieri – Senior Field Technician
Frank has over 20 years’ experience in installing/ programming/ managing different telephone systems including Norstar/ BCM/ Avaya IP Office/ E-Metrotel UCx/ Hosted PBX and structured cabling. He has managed several installation projects for different employers including Bell Canada and Alpha Telecom. His strong points are troubleshooting skills and effective communication with customers.
